Monkey Bizz

Monkey Bizz is a long-standing indoor play center that's been around for over 25 years. It's designed to cater to a range of ages, with a large, multi-level play frame for older kids and a separate toddler area, plus a role play village. They are open 7 days a week, running 2.5 hour sessions with set start times.

The venue focuses on offering a safe and friendly environment, with pre-booking required to manage visitor numbers. They've also gone cashless and implemented table service through an online menu, accessible via QR codes, to avoid queues. You'll find sanitizing stations throughout the center.

Monkey Bizz is known for its party options, offering everything from standard packages to themed parties, and even private hire of the entire venue. These parties come with a dedicated host and include food, drinks, and a party room. Mascot appearances were previously included in themed party packages, but as of April 1st, 2024, they are available for an extra charge.

The on-site cafe offers a variety of hot and cold food and drinks, including Lavazza coffee and Polar Krush slush drinks. They have maintained a 5-star food rating for a long time.

The center is located on the Medway City Estate, with free on-site parking and good access to public transportation. Also, keep in mind that Monkey Bizz usually closes for maintenance for a couple days around April 1st each year.
